I had an order that says it was delivered on 6/30/2022. It never arrived so I contacted customer support and was told that I need to go to the post office and deal with it myself. I will not buy from here again as a result. It’s strange that you must be a certain age to visit the website but no signature required for delivery. Very unhappy customer here.

Thanks for the review, Kevin. It's been 20 days since your order was delivered. Policy states we need to know within 3 days of delivery if your package hadn't been received. Once you go to the post office and speak to the manager, we can help file a claim for a lost or stolen package. However, since it's been so long since the delivery date, USPS is most likely going to deny the claim.
